Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

  • Photos of the original packaging

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Items that are not defective

  • Requests made more than 7 days after delivery

Condition of Items

Claims will only be accepted for items that arrived damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.
