Delivery timeframe:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available.
Because each piece is made to order, returns are not accepted.
However, if your artwork arrives defective or damaged, we will of course make it right.

– Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery
– The item must be defective or broken upon arrival
– Return shipping costs are covered by us in these cases
